Salesforce Inc.  seeks Software Engineering MTS in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable software components used to provide web based distributed services to Salesforce’s customers. Aid in troubleshooting and help resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Manage and optimize our systems for performance and scalability by performing required upgrades of software and infrastructure. Design and write code and tests, build prototypes, profile, and analyze bottlenecks of the system. Develop applications through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle. Has the ability to grasp a variety of technologies and integrate them quickly. Work independently and with the team in different phases of the software's development, testing and debugging lifecycle. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding the progress on long-term technology roadmap. The ideal candidate will be someone consistently raising the bar for our customer experience. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Python; (3) TypeScript; (4) JavaScript; (5) Node.js; (6) React.js; (7) Jenkins; (8) AWS; (9) MySQL; (10) MongoDB; (11) Redis; (12) Docker. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $157,600.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $236,500.
