About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager experienced in iPaaS and external APIs. You would be the manager for our small team of integration engineers owning our in-app integrations center and external facing API. We are looking for someone customer obsessed, who can lead, with strong technical skills and a positive attitude. As a technical lead you will be expected to lead with high levels of integrity and embrace the MAS TACOS values. Integrations is a strategic growth area in the company and your work will be visible at the highest levels.

What You'll Do In The Role
  • Be responsible for all engineering aspects of integrations at Limble

  • Balance internal and external requirements

  • Build team cohesion and morale, help developers continue to deliver at a high level

  • Build solid, scaleable, and maintainable integrations using an embedded iPaaS both in no code and full code environments.

  • Own a customer facing API, including adding features, updating underlying architecture and deployments.

  • Work closely with the developers to help maintain coding standards and best practices.

  • We work in a scrum-light environment which includes standups and Jira ticket tracking.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in software development

  • iPaaS experience such as Make, Mulesoft Workato,Boomi, Prizmatic, Zapier, or related systems

  • Experience as a people manager

  • Experience acting as a technical lead on projects

  • NodeJS/Typescript

  • Driven to have positive impact on fellow engineers and customers

  • SQL (MySQL / Mariadb)

  • Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact

  • Passion for writing excellent code

  • Attention to detail & quality
