- Minimum 2 year of professional development experience
- Proficiency in server-side languages like Python, Java, Javascript, C#, Node.js, or Ruby (Go experience is a plus)
- Solid SQL skills and understanding of database fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (basic deployment and monitoring)
- Interest in helping junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing
- Experience collaborating with designers and product managers on feature development
- Golang, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, MySQL, Kafka, AWS, Git, Memcache, Redis, ElasticSearch, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, CircleCI, DataDog
The base wage range for this position based in our Toronto, Ontario office is targeted at $115,000.00 to $160,000.00 CAD per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
