Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.
  • Assessing the efficiency of technologies
  • Building, setting up, and improving systems, procedures.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team on prototype development.
  • Utilizing software to perform efficient planning, designing, and development.
  • Performing quality control and resolving structural design and other issues throughout the implementation stages.
  • Collecting and interpreting analytical and performance data, as well as preparing progress reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in product developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field of specialization preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in the Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency in engineering and project management software.
  • Proficiency of working in AWS and Cloud services and Enterprise Java.
  • Having worked in Service oriented architecture with emphasis on OOPS design concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to apply safety standards and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Design highly scalable software solutions to improve functionality and system longevity.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
