Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teammates and product managers to understand user needs.
- Help design and build software across frontend and backend systems.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and team discussions.
- Explore and apply new tools and technologies.
- Support deployed features and help resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript (React or Svelte), or similar languages.
- Interest or experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS and frameworks like Django.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working collaboratively.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO or Spearfish, SD.
- Competitive salary starting at $95,000, with potential up to 45% higher based on experience and skills.
