Software Engineer - Full-Stack (Frontend Lean)

• Design, build, and scale full-stack features across our web and mobile platforms using React, React Native, Next.js, and Node.js
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing, and accessible user experiences that directly impact patient care
• Lead or contribute to the development of robust frontend architecture, including reusable components, responsive layouts, and state management using Redux or similar libraries
• Build and maintain APIs, services, and data integrations to power user-facing features and ensure smooth cross-system communication
• Help shape and maintain our modern developer environment, including TypeScript, ESLint, Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and improve performance across the stack using tools like New Relic and logging frameworks to ensure smooth, reliable user experiences
• Engage in code reviews, documentation, and testing practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
• Participate in shaping product and technical strategy, especially around frontend frameworks, tooling, and performance optimization

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $140,000 to $300,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
