Crafting and refining a framework for creating and modifying transactional and promotional email templates utilizing Liquid templating language, aligning closely with the marketing team's objectives of optimizing user retention enabling Zazzle to establish a strong international presence. Apply Python scripting expertise and AI tools to streamline processes and automate routine tasks, significantly improving efficiency. Conducting cost analysis of various Growth projects and proposals by evaluating the technical needs and resources; weighing different vendor integrations versus homegrown solutions. Designing and automating a data generation framework to aid with Zazzle’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts by leveraging advanced Natural Language Processing techniques, Artificial Intelligence, and automation tools such as Airflow. Researching, designing, and implementing cutting-edge authentication methods such as email and SMS-based One-Time Passwords (OTP), and social logins in C# by collaborating with the security team to enhance Zazzle's security infrastructure and deliver low friction authentication experiences. Combining state-of-the-art large language models from providers like Open AI and Cohere with Zazzle's proprietary historical data to develop enhanced tooling (like chatbots) for the Zazzle technology stack. Playing a key role in Zazzle’s performance and stability efforts by setting up dashboards and alerts on Splunk and Metabase to monitor and maintain the health of Zazzle's systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing said improvements. Ensuring the smooth operation of the language detection and translation system. Developing and maintaining software across various environments, including both cloud and on-premises deployments. Proactively scaling server clusters to accommodate the ever-increasing, seasonally fluctuating traffic to Zazzle, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Presenting technical projects and share-outs to a wide range of stakeholders of varying competencies. 40 hours/week; $155,605 - $165,000/year
