Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with 5+ services with 6-10 years of experience, taking technical ownership of individual services/applications and providing guidance to Level 2 engineers.
  • Implements complex cross-component solutions, ensuring adherence to system design patterns.
  • Evaluates, compares, and improves data pipelines, leveraging expertise in cloud services, infrastructure & test automation, and scalability.
  • Collaborates with client/business/product groups and peers.
  • Establishes and documents best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Thinks creatively and brings new ideas, demonstrating an understanding of the systems, data, and business needs.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience, with 3 or more years of technical leadership.
  • Experience with large data sets and scaling.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Willingness and ability to help support legacy systems as part of our larger goals.
  • Adaptability to frequently changing needs.

Location: 

We are hiring for this position locally to the Irvine area in California. Hybrid work available.


Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $120,000-150,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
