Position Summary: 

The Software Engineer II will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative software solutions that address the unique needs of our clients. This role will design, build, and deploy scalable software applications that drive operational efficiency and deliver value to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

o Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, understanding their pain points and objectives.
o Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and solutions that address the client's needs while considering factors like scalability, security, and performance.
o Develop software applications, modules, and components using best practices in software engineering, adhering to coding standards and guidelines.
o Conduct thorough testing of software components to ensure reliability, robustness, and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement effective testing strategies.
o Assist in the deployment of software solutions, providing support during the implementation phase and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
o Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and user manuals, to facilitate understanding and future maintenance of the software.
o Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing their concerns, and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
o Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, contributing to the continuous improvement of the consulting team's capabilities.

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
o 3+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. 
o Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
o Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Node.js) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
o Strong understanding of database design and SQL, with experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
o Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
o Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies and tools.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
