Software Engineer I

Description and Requirements
The Full Stack Software Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Spring boot, spring rest and React. This position requires a blend of front-end and back-end development skills, along with a strong understanding of cloud platforms and AI technologies. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that drive business value and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:

• Participates in the creation of architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
• Leads the collection and documentation of user requirements as well as the development of user stories and estimates into technology solutions for product features, in collaboration with Product Owner
• Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications/platforms.
• May partner with Product owner in planning. (Full Stack) Responsible for development using multiple technology stack capabilities (Front/Back End, API, Database Management, Hosting technologies, etc.).
• Responsible for development of specific software/platform components.
• Reviews solution designs and related code.
• Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests. - Responsible for prioritizing problems, incidents, and service requests, may lead or manage the process with the Product Owner.
• Identifies and implements operating efficiency solutions for specific product features.
• Assists in upgrading or patching applications/platforms as needed.

Gain awareness of trends and issues in technical expertise, potential new technologies or technology opportunities to champion the customer.
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science

Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java, React, Angular and cloud.
Technical Skills:

• App Dev Language: .Java and React
• Data Management: Database (SQL Server DB)
• Development & Delivery Methods: Agile (Scaled Agile Framework)
• DevOps and CI/CD: Containers (Azure Kubernetes), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git), Scheduling Tools (Azure Scheduler)
• Development Tools & Platforms: IDE (GitHub Copilot, VSCODE, IntelliJ), Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure)
• Security and Monitoring: Secure Coding (Veracode),
• Writing and executing automated tests -- Using Java and Java script, Selenium, and using test automation framework"

Other Critical:

• Good experience working on Cloud platforms (Azure)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of technical staff.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands on experience in managing monitoring.
