The expected salary for this position is $76,000-$115,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Job Purpose and Impact
- The Software Engineer- Change & Release Management role involves leading change initiatives, supporting system adoption, and ensuring stakeholder alignment through strategic communication and training. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating smooth transitions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks, and processes to support business transformation initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including user testing, data validation, and performance support.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective governance throughout the change lifecycle.
- Facilitate innovation workshops, strategic planning sessions, and design thinking exercises to shape change initiatives.
- Conduct change readiness assessments, analyze data, and present actionable insights through comprehensive reports.
- Organize and lead stakeholder sessions to gather feedback, document requirements, and address specific needs.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs and capacity-building sessions to support change adoption.
- Drive internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across teams.
- Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and support for change initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL Tools, ServiceNow adoption
- Proven track record in vendor governance and strategic change delivery.
