About the Role

Shape the future of AI — with C#! As an AI Tutor - C#, you’ll help build and evaluate AI systems that understand and generate high-quality C# code. Your work will help AI better serve developers by grounding it in solid programming fundamentals.

Your Day to Day

  • Review AI-generated C# code for clarity, correctness, and structure.
  • Write clean and scalable C# solutions to real-world coding challenges.
  • Document your reasoning with clear explanations and step-by-step logic.
  • Identify coding ambiguities or failure cases and provide feedback to improve model behavior.

About You

  • Fluent in English and confident in technical communication.
  • Expertise in C#: Familiarity with .NET, LINQ, async/await, and OOP design principles.
  • 3-5 years of experience with C# in enterprise apps, game development, or backend systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science or related field. Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Strong interest in AI, model evaluation, and software craftsmanship.

Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Pay Range (rate per hour)

$15$150 USD

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role.
