The Software Development Intern will support the development and enhancement of software applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software engineering, working closely with our development team. The intern will contribute to coding, debugging, and improving software performance, as well as collaborate on
innovative projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of software applications for 3D printing and CAD systems used in dentistry.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting software issues, providing insights for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to design, implement, and test new features.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for code, features, and processes.
• Conduct research on new technologies and tools to enhance software capabilities.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
• Support the team in automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflows.
Key Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience with object-oriented programming.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as GitHub for version control.
• Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C++). JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with Mobile Development (React Native, iOS) is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
