Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance of senior developers and technical leads. This role requires strong programming skills, an understanding of software development best practices, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams. The Intermediate Software Developer builds upon foundational experience to take on more complex projects while continuing to grow into a senior-level contributor.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to specifications.
• Implement new features and enhancements in alignment with project requirements.
• Ensure applications are efficient, maintainable, and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with senior developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver software solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate on integration tasks with system engineers and DevOps teams.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical documentation including design specifications and user manuals.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with software frameworks and libraries (e.g., .NET, Angular, React, Spring Boot).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Basic experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
