Job Summary:

Looking for Software Developers to contribute to a dynamic customer project centered on building robust, scalable solutions. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement specifically seeks professionals with a strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms, as well as a track record of delivering impactful software solutions. Top-tier communication, both written and verbal, is highly valued to ensure clarity and precision throughout the project lifecycle. Only professionals based in the US with 5+ years of software engineering experience will be considered for this opportunity.

Scope of Work

1. Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules in alignment with project requirements.
2. Analyze and evaluate coding solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
3. Contribute feedback and insights related to data structures, algorithms, and debugging strategies.
4. Utilize Git for version control and collaborative code management throughout the assignment.
5. Document technical approaches and code logic clearly to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
6. Participate in asynchronous written and verbal discussions to clarify deliverables and support iterative improvement.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues or inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, particularly within the US market.
2. Expertise in core programming concepts, with proficiency in at least one major programming language.
3. Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging methodologies.
4. Proven track record of utilizing Git for collaborative software projects.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and responsiveness.
6. Experience contributing to projects that required clear documentation and peer review.
7. Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments.
