Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer III to lead front-end development initiatives using Angular. In this senior-level role, you will design and implement advanced UI components, drive front-end architecture decisions, and mentor developers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications that enhance user experience at scale.

Essential Functions

  • Design and development of complex, scalable, and responsive web applications using Angular (v16+).
  • Architect reusable and modular components, patterns, and front-end frameworks.
  • Translate UX/UI designs and business requirements into functional and elegant interfaces.
  • Guide and mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless integrations.
  • Drive best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Contribute to front-end CI/CD strategies and testing automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with front-end technology trends and evaluate their application in projects.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience spearheading projects or front-end development efforts.
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Material).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure).
  • Exposure to full-stack development and collaboration with backend APIs.

 Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Expertise in Angular (v16 or later) and deep knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of state management tools like NgRx.
  • Strong experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working in SPA architectures.
  • Skilled in front-end testing (unit, integration, E2E) using tools like Jasmine, Karma, Cypress.
  • Experience with performance profiling and browser debugging tools.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end tooling: Webpack, npm, Angular CLI.
  • BS degree in computer science or related field
