Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Software Consulting Lead to drive the successful delivery of our solutions within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. In this role, you will manage a team of consultants in the Americas region who are responsible for implementing, customizing, and onboarding our cloud-based platform for enterprise clients. 

You’ll oversee complex client engagements, ensure project excellence, and serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders. Your leadership will be key to driving customer satisfaction, optimizing team performance, and scaling our delivery operations for long-term success

RESPONSABILITIES

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Software Consultants. 
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, career development opportunities, and technical guidance. 
  • Manage team hiring, onboarding, and continuous training to ensure consultant effectiveness and growth. 

Client Engagement & Strategy 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS projects, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and ensuring successful outcomes from discovery through implementation and value realization.  
  • Build strong client relationships, deeply understand business needs, and translate them into scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with product capabilities.  
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets while providing product expertise, training, and support to drive effective adoption. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, manage risks and escalations, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including utilization, customer satisfaction (NPS), project profitability, and time-to-value. 
  • Improve delivery efficiency through repeatable processes, playbooks, and best practices. 
  • Ensure accurate project forecasting, resource planning, and alignment with the services pipeline. 

Reporting & Communication 

  • Provide clear, consistent project updates to internal stakeholders and clients. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project configurations, processes, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. 
  • 8+ years of experience in professional services consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, ideally with at least 2 years in a lead, management or senior role. 
  • Enterprise architecture knowledge or background is highly desired. 
  • Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their application within various industries. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. 
  • Technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn complex tools. 
  • Experience with programming/scripting (e.g., .NET, C#) is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of complementary tools like Postman, XML, and MS Excel is a plus. 
  • Collaborative mindset and values long-term career growth in a supportive team environment.
