About the Role
doola is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support daily execution across our social channels—scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and assisting with content creation. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our brand presence and amplify our brand’s voice online.
Responsiblities
- Manage and schedule daily social media posts across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook using internal tools.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, DMs, and mentions; respond when appropriate and escalate key conversations.
- Maintain our Notion-based content calendar, organize assets, and track performance for repurposing.
- Stay on top of platform trends and flag relevant ideas to the team.
- Assist with basic content creation, including video clips, carousels, text posts, and trend-adapted assets.
- Proactively communicate with the Social Media Manager to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in social media coordination, content scheduling, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Threads features and publishing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Basic video or graphic editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Notion or similar project management systems preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting a founder-led or personal brand.
- Knowledge of e-commerce or startup culture.
