The Social Media Producer manages content across platforms, develops strategies to grow audiences, analyzes performance, and works with teams to drive revenue.
Get Engaged Media is seeking a Social Media Producer who is passionate about digital content, audience growth, and social platform strategy. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management and distribution of content across major platforms, working to optimize performance, grow audiences, and drive revenue for our shows and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including content creation, editing, publishing, monitoring, monetization, moderation, and client relationships
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience and revenue potential for our shows and clients on platforms including but not limited to Snap, Facebook, Spotify, YouTube, Bing, and others
- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, post-production, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of initiatives with overall objectives
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategy
- Implement processes and workflows to streamline content distribution and ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Liaise with external partners including but not limited to platforms, creators, and clients as needed
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement innovative approaches
- Work closely with other departments to find synergetic opportunities to grow the business and drive revenue
- Think outside the box to develop new business opportunities for content monetization
- Experiencing in sourcing new business with creators is a major plus, but not required
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in social media, digital media, and/or content distribution
- Specifically looking for someone with experience operating content on Youtube
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms including backend studios and distribution processes for creator content
- Experience with communicating with creators, managers, agents, and platform representatives
- Knowledge of platform best practices and principles
- General understanding of Adobe Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fun, dynamic environment and adapt to changing

Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
