Role Overview: The Social Media Manager will play an instrumental role in advancing our mission by developing compelling content and managing a dynamic online presence across all major platforms. This position is pivotal in driving engagement and ensuring that our digital interactions resonate deeply with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development and Management:

Strategically develop and manage a content calendar utilizing AI tools and/or content creator sub-contractors or agencies for optimized scheduling and publication.

Craft, review and ‘slice’ the SEO-optimized and well-structured content across various formats, including articles, blogs, and social media updates.

Continuously explore and integrate new AI tools to enhance content quality and user engagement.

Employ advanced SEO techniques for keyword research to tailor content specific to the health and nutrition sectors.

Platform and Technical Management:

Oversee all backend aspects of the platform including content categorization, tags, permissions, and imagery.

Liaise with technical support to implement new features or address issues, ensuring seamless platform functionality.

Outreach and Networking:

Establish and maintain robust relationships with content creators, industry experts, and influencers to facilitate collaborative content creation and guest posts.

Execute targeted social media outreach to curate transformative stories and foster active community engagement.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all content and social media activities using sophisticated analytics tools.

Adapt and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize engagement and reach.
