We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our social media communities and support content creation. This role ensures that online platforms remain engaging, safe, and aligned with our brand voice. The position is remote and ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with social media.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and posts
    •    Respond to customer inquiries or redirect them as needed
    •    Moderate discussions to ensure a safe and positive community environment
    •    Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
    •    Track engagement and report on social media activity
    •    Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging
    •    Identify trends, hashtags, and topics relevant to the brand

Qualifications
    •    Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    •    Strong written communication skills
    •    Basic understanding of social media management tools
    •    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    •    Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
    •    Friendly, professional, and adaptable mindset

Preferred
    •    Previous experience in social media management, moderation, or content creation
