Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries or redirect them as needed
• Moderate discussions to ensure a safe and positive community environment
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
• Track engagement and report on social media activity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Identify trends, hashtags, and topics relevant to the brand
Qualifications
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media management tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
