The Role
The Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in amplifying Outreach’s voice across global social channels. This leader will elevate the company’s presence in the market, deepen engagement with key audiences, and shape how Outreach shows up across strategic platforms. The role will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications.
This is a highly visible role that blends strategic brand storytelling with executive enablement. You’ll lead the company’s corporate social media presence, partner closely with Outreach executives to expand thought leadership, and drive the social amplification of our brand campaigns, customer stories, and AI leadership.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Define and Lead Social Strategy: Own and evolve Outreach’s corporate social strategy to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and engagement among revenue and technology leaders.
- Amplify Corporate Narrative: Translate key brand and business priorities - AI innovation, customer success, leadership vision - into compelling, shareable social storytelling.
- Employee Advocacy: Maintain and grow Outreach’s employee advocacy program, empowering team members to share company content, celebrate milestones, and amplify Outreach’s brand voice.
- Executive Social Leadership: Collaborate with Outreach executives to develop and execute their social strategies, ensuring thought leadership aligns with the company’s voice and strategic goals.
- Campaign & Event Integration: Lead social activation for major moments (product launches, thought leadership campaigns, industry events), ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across owned and earned channels.
- Social Intelligence: Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors to surface insights and opportunities that shape social and brand strategy.
- Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize impact and growth.
Our Vision of You
- 5 years of experience in social media, brand communications, or digital storytelling, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven success building corporate and executive social programs that drive visibility, engagement, and brand trust.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across channels and audiences.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, with experience leveraging analytics and paid support to grow reach and influence.
- Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and an eye for design and storytelling.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with executives, PR, product marketing, content, and brand design teams.
- Passion for technology, AI, and the evolving future of go-to-market leadership.
- Bonus if you have experience managing social media agencies, employee advocacy platforms, and executive thought leadership.
