We’re looking for a creative, metrics-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging B2B platforms. You’ll bring our AI story to life through content that informs, provokes, and converts — reaching CIOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
You’ll work closely with content, demand gen, and product marketing to turn our AI leadership into a social narrative that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
Lead our social strategy — Build and execute a channel-first approach to amplify our brand voice and thought leadership in enterprise AI.
Create scroll-stopping content — Write, design, and edit posts that blend industry insights, customer success stories, and provocative takes on AI trends.
Grow an engaged audience — Identify and activate target audiences with the right mix of organic and paid campaigns.
Spot and ride trends — Monitor B2B and AI social trends, quickly producing content that’s timely and relevant.
Optimize for performance — Use analytics to test formats, messaging, and creative, adjusting to hit engagement, reach, and conversion goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with product marketing, PR, and demand gen to align social campaigns with launches, announcements, and events.
Engage and advocate — Build community by responding to followers, participating in industry conversations, and amplifying key voices.
Requirements
3–5 years in social media marketing, preferably in B2B tech or AI.
Proven track record of growing engaged professional audiences.
Strong copywriting skills for short-form content that cuts through noise.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube optimization, and social analytics tools.
Ability to turn complex AI concepts into accessible, compelling stories.
A creative eye for visuals, motion, and emerging content formats.
Data-driven mindset with comfort in A/B testing and KPI reporting.
Hiring Range:
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
