Tiny Health is advancing lifelong health, from the first 1,000 days to the last, and addressing chronic disease through precision microbiome science. Founded in 2020 and built by microbiome scientists and physicians, our testing platform reveals whether your microbiome is trending toward resilience or imbalances using shotgun metagenomics, proprietary AI, and one of the world's largest longitudinal datasets. The OpportunityAs our Social Media Manager, you will own Tiny Health's social presence end to end — strategy, platform-native content, community, and creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and whatever comes next. You will build the content engine and community practice that turns social into one of our most powerful growth channels: giving each platform a clear role in the customer journey. You’ll turn our company goals into platform-native content, and turning trend and cultural fluency into real-time engagement people actually notice.
You will start hands-on across strategy, content, and community, and grow it into a proactive, always-on practice, participating in trends in real time trends, and standing up channels we haven't tapped yet. Over time, you will make Tiny Health's social presence the most trusted, recognizable voice in microbiome education as we expand beyond mom/baby audiences into adult gut health and longevity.
What You’ll DoChannel Strategy & Content: Assign each platform a distinct role in the customer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion), and defend why a specific piece of content belongs on one platform over another. Translate company priorities into platform-native formats across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Trend & Cultural Fluency: Spot an emerging platform trend before it peaks and ship platform-native content off it within days, not weeks. Understand not just what's trending but why, and use that to make content and platform decisions that hold up.
Content Production: Put out native pieces across priority channels and create a repeatable scalable content engine.
Real-Time Engagement & Brand Voice: Personally model best-in-class real-time engagement: on-brand, fast, human, and culturally aware. Adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.
Data & Performance Analytics: Track engagement rate, follower growth, website sessions, and email signups sourced from social. Interpret performance data, identify patterns, and use testing and experimentation to improve results and tie the work to business outcomes.
Community & Creator Engagement: Maintain community response times and proactively engage inbound and outbound and source new creator/partner relationships that result in published content or amplification
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with affiliate marketing, design, creators, and other internal stakeholders to execute high-quality content and campaigns.
