This is a remote position.

We’re looking for more than a graphic designer. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who understands marketing, strategy, and performance, not just aesthetics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage social calendars across based food brands

  • Align every post with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal restaurant promotions

  • Know which posts should be boosted, when to schedule for optimal reach, and how to execute without hand holding

  • Run Meta ads efficiently; set up, monitor, and optimize paid social

  • Track KPIs and help match social content to operational performance and in-store sales

  • Communicate with on-ground teams for real-time execution

  • Think critically and solve problems independently



Requirements
  • A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution

  •  Minimum 2+ years experience running social for multiple brands (agency or in-house), ideally in F&B or retail

  • Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

  • Fluent in social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics

  • Understands how social drives business, not just impressions
