What We DoWe’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to help shape and amplify our brand voice across digital platforms. You’ll be a driving force behind our social content strategy, brand storytelling, employee advocacy, and paid social efforts. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is in expert in developing compelling content strategies that drive meaningful results, this role is for you.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting First American’s enterprise brand marketing strategy to ensure our brand shows up meaningfully for our audiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our in-house creative agency and subject matter experts across the real estate and title and settlement space. You’ll also play a key role in relationship-building with business unit marketers across the organization, sharing best practices and consulting on social media opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Brand Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a dynamic, multi-channel social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Develop platform-specific content playbooks for each relevant social platform aligning each to its unique audience intent.
  • Manage the enterprise social editorial calendar and oversee content deployment across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and our in-house creative agency on visuals, messaging, and multimedia assets.
  • Apply platform best practices and emerging trends to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Ensure alignment of social efforts with broader marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and PR.

Employee Advocacy & Internal Enablement

  • Shape and scale our employee advocacy program across business units.
  • Curate and adapt brand content into employee-voiced posts for distribution via Sprout Social.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify business unit social strategy, build compelling content, and drive internal advocacy.

Paid Social Planning & Execution

  • Own day-to-day paid social campaign builds and execution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Partner with the digital marketing team on paid strategy and budget planning to effectively target audiences and move prospects down-funnel.
  • Manage creative testing, audience targeting, optimization, and campaign troubleshooting.

Analytics & Reporting Collaboration

  • Collaborate with our internal analytics specialist to monitor and interpret social performance data.
  • Lead narrative development and insights delivery for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports aligned to team and Marketing OKRs.
  • Identify performance trends and surface actionable recommendations to optimize future efforts.

Community & Channel Management

  • Manage First American’s day-to-day presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor engagement, coordinate response routing, and maintain a responsive, brand-aligned social voice.
  • Identify and escalate real-time reputational risks or brand mentions requiring intervention.

Social Listening & Intelligence

  • Use tools like Quid to conduct social media listening and trendspotting, highlighting opportunities for the brand to participate in relevant conversations.
  • Monitor share of voice, competitive activity, and audience sentiment to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Deliver insights to brand, PR, and executive stakeholders as needed.

  • Creates thoughtful, engaging content that reflects the brand and delivers performance.
  • Sources and facilitates content from internal experts across teams and functions.
  • Acts as a go-to resource and collaborative partner for brand and business unit marketers.
  • Balances creative storytelling with analytical rigor, always tying efforts back to outcomes.
  • Navigates complexity and shifting priorities with a steady, solutions-oriented mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content, or digital brand marketing (preferably B2B and/or enterprise). Experience in real estate, fintech, or similarly regulated sectors preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and their business applications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns end-to-end in LinkedIn Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Skilled in Sprout Social or similar tools for social publishing and employee advocacy.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across use cases (from long-form thought leadership to thumb-stopping six-second hooks).
  • Experience managing editorial calendars, campaign workflows, and creative collaboration.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and initiating structure when needed.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills.

The pay range for this role is $82,925.00 - $110,525.00

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
