Position Overview
As part of the Social Media Team, this intern will coordinate with multiple teams throughout Markham on various projects under the direct supervision of the events team.
Key Responsibilities
Researching and sourcing content and trendsHelping create posts, captions, and video content for multiple platforms and clients
Helping coordinate timelines and deadlines as needed
Ensuring the content created abides by Markham standards and is socially conscious
Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites

Position Details
Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week
Flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments
Paid internship
Opportunity to extend based on performance and academic schedule
Assisting your team during certain evenings and weekends, especially during peak periods like elections, may be required.
