Icertis is seeking a Social Media Intern to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is ideal for a creative mind who wants hands-on experience shaping the social voice of a global B2B technology company.

The Social Media Intern will help plan and execute Icertis’ organic social media strategy by building an editorial calendar, developing content, and collaborating with teams across marketing and the business. You will gain real-world experience in corporate storytelling and building data-driven social media programs.

This internship offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of communications, marketing, and brand while helping tell the story of how AI-powered contracting helps the world’s leading companies operate with clarity and control.

Responsibilities

Content Planning & Editorial Strategy

  • Develop and maintain the Icertis social media editorial calendar

  • Identify timely and relevant social media storytelling opportunities across the business

  • Research trends and best practices in B2B social media


Content Creation

  • Draft social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram

     

  • Translate company news and thought leadership into engaging social content

  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging

  • Partner with the creative team and external agencies to produce videos, graphics, and other visual assets

     


Analytics & Optimization

  • Track social media performance and KPIs

  • Help measure content effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

  • Support reporting on campaign and channel performance

  • Use data to inform future editorial planning

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field or within one year of graduation

  • Strong writing and editing skills

     

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating social media content for a brand or organization

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media best practices

     

  • Experience working with creative tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) is a plus

     

     

The pay range is $27/hr. to $40/hr.and will be based on job-related factors such as year in school, location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. 

 

Location: This role can be fully remote within the US only, or hybrid if candidate is near one of our US offices.
