The Role:  

Zeta is looking for a creative, curious, and social-savvy intern to join our team for the spring semester. In this role, you’ll help shape our brand’s digital presence across LinkedIn and Instagram while collaborating closely with partners across Marketing and PR. This is an ideal opportunity for students who want real, hands-on experience managing brand social channels within the tech industry. 

This role is based out of our Los Angeles office, working 15-20 hours per week at $22/hour. 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Zeta's social presence by engaging with the community, responding to client questions, and participating in relevant industry conversations.
  • Identify current trends, hashtags, and styles on social media to suggest ideas and strategies for Zeta’s social content.
  • Monitor competitor and partner social channels to stay ahead on shifting content strategies in the industry.
  • Contribute to regular brainstorming sessions with the Social Media Manager to generate new evergreen content ideas and copy.
  • Create a monthly report with data and analysis on social performance. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Pursuing a degree program in Marketing, Media, Communications, Public Relations, or similar.
  • Proficiency in editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to concept and execute across multiple formats (video, design, copy).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keeps a pulse on the latest social media trends and innovations to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and capable of managing multiple creative projects on tight timelines.
