Role Overview

Social Media Schedulers help support the consistent publication of content across Norgress’ portfolio of brands. This role focuses on organizing and scheduling pre-created social media posts to ensure our digital channels remain active.

Individuals in this role may assist with preparing posts for scheduled release, organizing content calendars, and ensuring posts are published according to established timelines.

Because Norgress operates through a flexible, project-based model, contributors in this area may support multiple brands or initiatives depending on project needs.

Responsibilities May Include
  • Scheduling pre-prepared social media posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.

  • Maintaining and updating social media content calendars

  • Ensuring posts are scheduled accurately and published at the appropriate times

  • Confirming that links, formatting, and media attachments appear correctly before publishing

  • Monitoring scheduled posts to ensure successful delivery

  • Helping maintain an organized workflow for digital content distribution
