Social Media Content Specialist

We’re seeking an agile content executor who understands B2B social media, can write engaging captions, schedule content, monitor analytics, and build community presence across professional and industry channels. You will be the day-to-day manager of Road Rebel’s public digital voice.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

✔ Manage and publish content across our branded Meta Channels (Instagram / Facebook) and LinkedIn

✔ Write captions aligned with Road Rebel’s tone (edgy, clear, confident)

✔ Create social media visuals aligned with Road Rebel’s style and aesthetic (edgy, premium, dynamic)

✔ Repurpose internal materials (sales playbook, case studies, gathered testimonials, etc.) into digestible posts in brand-aligned aesthetic

✔ Execute monthly social calendars and weekly posting schedules

✔ Recommend and apply applicable social media strategy, templates, and formats to drive

✔ Follow a creation cadence of at least a month ahead of content publishing (moving up to two months ahead)

✔ Automate responses to comments, DMs, and industry conversations

✔ Escalate replies and inquiries as needed

✔ Engage collegiate athletics accounts, producers, coordinators, and other targeted demographic with dynamic content across identified social channels

✔ Monitor competitor accounts and relevant industry news

✔ Grow the social channels via organic content

✔ Build authority and thought leadership through targeted engagement

✔ Provide relevant insights, trend recommendations, and monthly analytics reports

✔ Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for more complicated templates and visuals


QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Haves:

• 2 to 4 years of social media management experience

• Expert-level Canva + strong Adobe Suite skills

• Strong copywriting and caption-writing ability

• Strong visual creation skill for social media creatives

• Understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform

• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook content trends

• Experience using scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, HubSpot, Hootsuite)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High responsiveness and attention to detail

• Ability to work on design collaborations and follow brand guidelines

• Ability to coordinate in U.S. time overlap (2 to 4 hours overlap)


Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in travel, sports, entertainment, or production industries

• Ability to edit simple short-form videos

• Comfort managing multi-platform analytics dashboards
