About the Company Azuki Labs is the company behind the Azuki universe, an original IP crafted through world-class art, storytelling, and community. Unlike traditional studios, we develop both the story and a trading card game (TCG) internally, allowing every mechanic, character, and system to feel intentional and interconnected. This role is foundational in shaping the cultural relevance and impact of the Azuki TCG.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on social media expert and creator who lives and breathes the culture of TCGs, anime, collectibles, and community-driven fandoms. This is a role for someone who loves picking up a camera, capturing moments on the fly, and transforming raw footage into social content that resonates deeply with players and collectors. You must be comfortable both behind and in-front of the camera.
Your job is to create scroll-stopping content, grow our presence on TikTok/Instagram/Twitter/YouTube Shorts, and bring the world of the Azuki TCG to life through authentic community-first storytelling.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager (who owns strategy, GTM, and multi-channel campaigns) but your focus is purely on growing our community online and putting the Azuki TCG front and center of TCG culture.

Photograph TCG cards, packs, events, and players with a creator’s eye
Editing & Creative Execution
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
Produce mid-form content for YouTube (vlogs, behind-the-scenes, breakdowns)
Add captions, memes, effects, transitions, jump cuts, and music aligned to culture
Social Channel Ownership
Own day-to-day posting across TikTok, IG, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts
Engage with comments, trends, creators, and community posts organically
Collaborate with creators/players for duets, stitches, collabs, and community activation
Stay plugged into what’s trending in TCG, gaming, anime, and meme culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content with broader campaign beats
Partner with product, creative, and TCG teams to gather assets, understand upcoming releases, and access moments worth capturing
Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors for social content opportunities
Assist in content needs for tournaments, events, and community activations
Qualifications
