What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategic planning and ownership of the social content calendar, ensuring it reflects and aligns to the brand campaigns, enterprise priorities, and One Social strategic pillars.
- Translate briefs and business goals into actionable content strategies and narratives across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Partner closely with social content creators to develop, build, and optimize content tied to specific campaigns, launches, or cultural moments.
- Ensure our publishing cadence delivers on reach, engagement, and storytelling goals - across tentpoles and sustain efforts.
- Collaborate with the Community & Culture Strategist to integrate emerging trends, white space opportunities, and community insights into planning cycles.
- Evaluate content performance and recommend calendar pivots or thematic focus shifts based on findings.
- Develop and present briefs and content plans to social leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with the Ops Lead to ensure plans are implemented efficiently, with appropriate lead times and documentation.
What You'll Need:
- 6-8+ years of experience in social content strategy, editorial planning, digital brand marketing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning multi-platform editorial calendars in a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to connect brand positioning, creative ideas, and content formats.
- Collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally with creators, strategists, and campaign partners.
- Deep knowledge of social platform behaviors, standard processes, and emerging trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and briefing skills.
- Familiarity with project and content tools (e.g., Airtable, Sprinklr, Trello, Google Workspace).
