Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and brand-savvy Social Content & Community Coordinator to support Reolink’s social media channels and online communities. This role will play a key part in executing content strategies, creating platform-specific content, monitoring trends, and engaging with diverse audiences. Reporting directly to the Social Media Lead, the Social Content & Community Coordinator will work collaboratively across teams to help build strong, consistent, and distinct brand voices across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, editing, scheduling, and publishing of content across social channels
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across all social platforms, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools, and help apply insights to content and campaign strategy
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut, including clip cutting, text overlays, sound, and basic transitions
- Assist in maintaining social content calendars, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand priorities
- Help organize and track social assets, captions, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative social campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, community management, or a related field
- Proficiency in CapCut and Canva, with the ability to independently create and edit social-first content
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and current content trends, especially TikTok and short-form video
- High attention to detail, particularly in publishing accuracy, tagging, and copywriting
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
