About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to amplify BrightHire’s social, market and community presence, building upon our solid foundation of high brand awareness in our category and raving fan customers. 

This is a unique and transformative opportunity to blend social strategy with community execution. You will be the connective tissue between our customers, brand, and public voice. 

You’ll help BrightHire show up intelligently, creatively and empathetically - every single day - on LinkedIn and other core channels. 

You’ll actively engage with our community, on LinkedIn and beyond, helping us execute an ambitious event strategy and turning our raving fans into public champions.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. Individual compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications.

What you’ll do:
  • Community Engagement & Growth: Engage, cultivate, and tap into our raving fans (users, customers, advisors, influencers, etc.) to create engaging content, valuable social proof, and visibility on social media to drive our word-of-mouth flywheel.
  • Customer Love & Engagement: Celebrate our community by recognizing wins, engaging with users and clients, and delivering delight through kudos, swag, and personalized moments.
  • Social media: Own LinkedIn content strategy, harnessing our community to drive substantial awareness for BrightHire and our co-founders.
  • Content creation: Own end-to-end production of smart, creative, and engaging short-form and multimedia content, optimized for social engagement.
  • Events Logistics & Support: Support our impactful field marketing strategy by driving event outreach, logistics, and partner coordination.
  • Drive Impact: Identify other opportunities to drive our growth goals.
What you’ll bring:
  • 2 to 4 years in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in at least two of social, content, customer, and community marketing.
  • Track record of creating smart, creative, high-performing content across various formats (short-form written, social, video, audio, etc.).
  • Experience building a digital following and community, ideally for a B2B brand.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and social media best practices
  • Strong writing and editorial skills.
  • A growth mindset – You’re eager to roll up your sleeves, try new things, and stretch beyond your comfort zone across a wide range of marketing programs.
  • High agency – A track record of taking extreme ownership, finding ways to improve, and going the extra mile.
  • Consistent execution – A track record of managing many simultaneous projects with ambiguity and executing autonomously at a high degree of quality. 
  • Experience in the HR and Talent space is a plus.
