The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven, highly connected and entrepreneurial Senior Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate ESW’s growth across the US market. 

This is a role for a hands-on enterprise seller who is energized by building momentum, opening doors, creating pipeline, and shaping strategy. We're looking for someone with a passion for building. 

You will focus on new business acquisition across the US, with a particular emphasis on retail, ecommerceand digitally ambitious consumer brands. You will own the full sales cycle from prospect identification and outreach through discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, contract signature and successful handover. 

The right person will bring a strong existing network, deep market fluency, a visible personal brand, and the resilience and creativity needed to build relationships in a competitive and fast-moving market. This role is ideal for a seller who enjoys building from the ground up - someone who combines enterprise sales discipline with the energy, creativity and resilience often found in startup environments. 

What You'll Own
  • New business acquisition across US retail, ecommerce, and consumer brands—full sales cycle from prospect identification through close and handover
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects using your network and market presence to create warm introductions and open doors
  • Lead discovery, solution design, and negotiation with senior stakeholders; articulate ESW's value in consultative, outcome-led terms
  • Develop account-based strategies with relationship maps, competitive positioning and clear next-step plans
  • Partner internally across Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to shape compelling propositions
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM data and pipeline visibility to leadership
  • Represent ESW externally through networking, events, and credible thought leadership
What We're Looking For
  • Proven enterprise sales success landing 8-figure deals in ecommerce, retail tech, SaaS, payments or cross-border commerce
  • Deep understanding of retail/ecommerce business models, buyer priorities and digital growth challenges
  • Strong network within retail, ecommerce or consumer brands; ability to convert relationships into commercial opportunities
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and longer sales cycles
  • Visible and credible external presence (LinkedIn, industry engagement, events, content)
  • Excellent discovery, qualification and consultative selling skills
  • Strong business development discipline—proactive prospecting, creative outreach, consistent follow-up
  • Resilient, self-directed, accountable, and curious. 

The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually + commission + benefits
