This job requisition is to seek senior technical leader s in the field of semiconductor process equipment engineering to join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. management or the VP . As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS) or Distinguished member of technical staff (DMTS) , you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining the critical equipment requirement roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers . You r expertise will be instrumental in developing equipment solutions to support high volume manufac tur ing of cutting-edge DRAM product . Your contribution will make a lasting impact on the DRAM industry .
Responsibilities of Process E quipment E ngineering SMTS/DMTS include (but are not limited to ):
  • Own critical taskforce , lead cross-functional te chnical team for new equipment evaluation or adoption , ensuring timely delivery of solutions .
  • Act as the technical authority when equipment - related issue s arise . P rovide hands-on support or technical guidance based on the nature of the issue.
  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and c areer development.
  • Cultivate an innovative culture, identify opportunities for equipment improvement opportunity that align with state-of-the-art DRAM product requirement while optimizing costs.
  • Develop fundamental understanding of hardware and it s role in supporting high-volume man ufacturing requirement s .
  • Provide e ngineering support to internal team members a nd senior leaders .

Qualifications:
  • Technical expertise : D emonstrate d e ep knowledge of semiconductor equipment related to at least one of the following areas : l itho graphy , dry etch, wet etch , CMP, thin film , diffusion , implantation, and metrology . You should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in advanced node . Additionally, a s trong understanding of related process engineering is essential .
  • Project l eadership: Proven ability to l ead complex technical projects, ensuring a timely delivery of high-quality results. Proven skills in driving cross-functional technical teams and completing of complex projects .
  • Communication skills: Exhibit o utstanding written and verbal communication abilities . Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including influencing and motivating. Ability to collaborate with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
  • Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions
  • Education: An a dvanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
  • Although this position requires working in Taiwan, international candidates are welcome to apply.
