- Create compelling banners for social media and contribute ideas to enhance graphics and branding
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials
- Develop new templates and refine existing ones
- Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM
- Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
- Experience in gaming industry
Nice to have: - Experience in 3D design and modeling
