Role & Impact
As an SMB Account Executive (New Business), you will be part of our expanding team in New York to close new business opportunities. If you are a results-driven individual who shines in startup environments and has a passion for driving sales, this role is for you! The position is largely inbound focused with opportunity to expand into outbound.
We’ll challenge you to bring a self-starter approach, creative problem solving skills, commercial acumen and competitive fire to Blinq across North America and Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Position the value of Blinq and the customer journey to small and medium sized businesses
- Run 4-6 meetings per day for prospective customers and be responsible for the entire sales process; qualifying leads, running demo calls and closing deals
- Guide prospects through the sales cycle and educate them on how Blinq can help their businessManage a pipeline of predominantly inbound prospects to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Gather and share insights on customer needs to influence product roadmap
- Act as an ambassador for the company, consistently upholding its mission, values, and value propositions in all client interactions and industry events.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth startup environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A strategic mindset coupled with a data-driven approach to sales
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented business

Salary Rang
- The base salary for this role is between $65,000 - $70,000
- OTE is $110,000 with uncapped commission
