What You'll Do:

  • Harness advanced Smartsheet functionalities to develop customized solutions that serve a wide array of industries and business contexts.
  • Initiate process discovery, conduct strategic planning sessions, deliver impactful.
  • Go beyond just implementing a tool; you're reimagining how our clients work, making an indelible mark through innovation and strategic insight.
  • Lead transformative consulting engagements, champion best practices, and shape the future of work with Smartsheet.
  • Oversee project administration activities, encompassing project setup, planning, budgeting, account management, and billing, ensuring smooth project completion.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends and articulate their potential impact on clients.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, regular ongoing feedback, annual performance reviews, and actively support project teams in resolving complex issues.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs, identifies opportunities for new business, and delivers high-quality service.
  • Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm).
  • In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience implementing Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients to develop customized Smartsheet solutions.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members (formally OR informally).
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%; *travel varies based on client preferences.
