Job Title : Site Merchandising Manager, Ecommerce
Position Overview:
The Site Merchandising Manager is responsible for defining and executing key merchandising initiatives, strategies and business priorities. This position will collaborate cross functionally on the operation and optimization of the digital shopping experience. This role will be expected to influence content and testing strategies across major campaigns and strike a balance between a commercial proposition and a premium brand experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Own the development of site merchandising strategies and their day-to-day execution across main site and outlet.
  • Oversee product set-up process ensuring styles have correct product attributes, copy, photography, and pricing launching on time.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics team to define site KPIs, develop dashboards and deepen the understanding of our customer.
  • Partner with digital content team to ensure that messaging, imagery, consumer journey and storytelling reflect key investments and consumer trends.
  • Communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional departments including analytics, planning, buying, photo studio, content, and marketing teams
  • Influence A/B testing and personalization roadmap to optimize the consumer experience and remove friction points
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of internal systems and platform capabilities.
  • Manage and develop 2 direct reports

Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, fashion ecommerce experience desired; a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) platform experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus.
