About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Remote Site Launch Specialist to join our Site Launch Team with project management and customer management experience. This role is based remotely in the United States. The Global Site Launch Team is looking for a driven individual to Coordinate Wing Nest site installation processes. You will work with internal and external teams and partners to successfully facilitate Wing’s expansion. Additionally, this role may require ad hoc task completion for Wing cross-functional operations teams in the efforts to launch nest sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with partners, consultants, and internal teams to review project action items and keep projects moving forward.
- Review Nest drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with Wing standards.
- Assist in tracking Nest forecast dates and escalating items that may cause delays.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Nest design and launch process.
- Triage changes in requirements with various stakeholders and determine steps to resolutions.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and other vendors to quickly resolve outstanding issues.
- Occasionally travel to Nest sites to assist with site validation and assess areas for improvement.
- Help document ways of working and define processes for future scaling.
- Compile required site documentation to ensure smooth vendor launches.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Real Estate, Vendor Coordination, Program Oversight, Product Orientation, Project Coordination/ Optimization, or equivalent experience.
- General Knowledge of construction document comprehension and specifications
- Experience working with project management tools like Monday.com and Smartsheets
- Experience leading meetings and keeping others accountable to action items
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
- Ability to drive a project end to end from kick-off to delivery with quality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and drive between various sites up to 60% of the time
- Ability to bend, lift and move items weighing up to 51 pounds as needed to perform job duties
- Ability to be on your feet and move for up to 8 hours daily as needed to perform job duties
- Ability and willingness to work a 5 day rotating shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
