Single Facer Operator

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

● Set up, operate, and maintain the single facer machine based on production requirements.
● Monitor steam pressure, adhesive application, and roll alignment to ensure proper bonding.
● Perform quality checks and make machine adjustments to meet board specifications.
● Communicate and coordinate with team members across the corrugator line to maintain product flow.
● Document production data, waste, downtime, and other key metrics.
● Troubleshoot issues and partner with maintenance as needed to resolve equipment problems.
● Follow safety standards, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
● Support changeovers, startups, and shutdowns in a timely and efficient manner.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Performs other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

Education:

● High School Diploma/GED Preferred
