Our new short-term contract Project Manager will play a role in supporting project management activities and tooling support coverage for a core client.  We’re seeking an agile problem solver who can quickly adapt to project needs and create solutions for our internal teams and our clients. 

Would you like to... 

  • Provide short-term program/project management coverage, ensuring continuity across tooling initiatives and operational meetings during employee leave period (12 weeks). 
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional meetings—driving agendas, capturing detailed notes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. 
  • Engage closely with key stakeholders across a large, matrixed tech organization to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Support internal tooling efforts—monitoring updates, collecting feedback, and facilitating team readiness across platforms and systems. 
  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel), leveraging these tools to drive communication, collaboration, and documentation. 
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders. 
  • Bring a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to help identify process improvement opportunities and potential blockers early

We would like you to have... 

  • Experience managing marketing, creative, content production, and technology projects 
  • Successful track record of managing projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment 
  • Exhibits strong follow-up and follow-through abilities, combined with exceptional communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize, triage, and make decisions in real-time. 
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to anticipate changes that could affect projects 
  • Excellent prioritization and delegation skills with an ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and provide direction to your team members 
  • BA/BS degree 
  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably at a creative agency that includes technology focused projects 
  • Proficiency in Excel is desired

Compensation Range: $40 - $45 per hour

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity. This role comes with a variable pay component based on performance.
