As the Strategist, Paid Search and Shopping you will:
Campaign Management: Create comprehensive paid search and shoppable media strategies that align with the brand’s objectives, target audience, and overall e-commerce goals. Develop campaigns that leverage keywords, ad copy, and creative to drive product discovery, engagement, and sales.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Utilize and optimize a variety of paid search platforms, tools, and technologies to implement best in class bid and budget management to achieve client goals. Stay abreast of new tools and platforms that can enhance paid media content capabilities.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of paid search and shoppable media campaigns using analytics tools. Use insights to optimize ongoing strategies, improve engagement, and increase conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, product teams, and IT to implement paid search and shoppable media campaigns. Ensure a cohesive approach that maximizes the impact of content and shopping functionality.
Client Communication: Communicate strategy, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and leadership. Provide recommendations based on campaign performance and market insights.
Professional Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in Paid Search and/or Shoppable Media roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with ad spend $200k+/mo
Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, Taboola, Feed management platforms (Feedonomics), Campaign management platforms (Skai, SA360)
Google’s AI-Powered Search & Shopping Ads Certification, Microsoft Ads Certification
Demonstrated success in analyzing performance data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Experience mentoring junior employees by providing guidance and support in their professional development, enhancing their skills and confidence in their roles.
The hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
