Job Purpose

We are seeking a Shopify Solution Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on providing consulting services and support for our clients to maximize the potential of Shopify enabling our customers to maximize the benefits of the platform through platform configuration without the need for code development.

In this role, you will get to

• Serve as a platform expert, supporting clients in leveraging Shopify
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients utilize the platform effectively and efficiently while fostering long-term partnerships. 
• Perform merchandising and content activities under the client’s direction.
• Identify opportunities for adopting best practices in platform configuration.
• Act as a proactive member of the client’s eCommerce team.
• Facilitate platform site support and address specific client inquiries through training sessions.

Your skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of digital commerce experience, preferred 
• Hands-on experience merchandising and configuring solutions in Shopify or similar, preferred
• Strong research & client facing skills 
• Experience providing strategic direction and consulting
• Understanding of digital trends and landscape
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce, content, and merchandising
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various groups including remote and cross cultural.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and G-suite
