As a Shipper/Receiver, you will ensure the efficient handling of shipments, maintain inventory, manage paperwork, and uphold warehouse cleanliness.
KUBRA is looking for a hardworking and reliable Shipper/Receiver to join our Gardena team! This opportunity is for the first shift from 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
As a Shipper/Receiver, you will work in our warehouse environment to ensure the seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items. The Shipper/Receiver is also responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

What you get to do every day
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Maintain filing of shipping documents
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Create purchase requisitions and obtain approval prior to placing supply orders
- Sort and distribute incoming shipments
- Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off
- Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Make deliveries with a company vehicle as assigned
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility

- Self-motivated and organized – you are able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
What skills do you need?
- 1 year of related experience in a Warehouse environment or as a Shipper/Receiver is an asset, but not required
- Ability to drive a forklift – training and certification will be provided by KUBRA
- You must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
- High school diploma preferred, but not required
