Duties: Our client requires an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of multiple Enterprise Architecture enablement initiatives, including the redesign and build of a modern EA SharePoint site, implementation and rollout of ServiceNow Application Inventory and Integration Registry capabilities, and deployment of enterprise agents that support architectural discovery, governance, and decision-making.
This role partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, platform owners, and delivery teams to ensure disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and on-time delivery. The Project Manager will establish and run delivery cadence, manage scope and risks, and provide transparent reporting across a portfolio of tightly related initiatives that collectively strengthen EA governance, visibility, and operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery management for multiple EA initiatives, including SharePoint development, ServiceNow configuration, integrations, and agent rollout.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams.
Manage activity backlog, resource assignments, and project team delivery and deliverables.
Document and manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and project communications with clear escalation paths.
Serve as primary delivery point of contact for Enterprise Architecture leadership, platform owners, and contributing teams.
Facilitate working sessions, design reviews, sprint reviews, release management, and steering updates.
Coordinate activities across designers, developers, architects, platform teams, and vendors/contractors.
Track delivery against defined success metrics and acceptance criteria.
Ensure readiness for UAT, production deployment, and operational handoff.
Produce concise executive-level status reporting (schedule, scope, risks, dependencies, decisions).
