Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced ServiceTitan Developer and Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities using the ServiceTitan platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating solutions that optimize our workflows and improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features and enhancements on the ServiceTitan platform tailored to our unique business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing integrations with other software tools and platforms.
- Ensure the reliability and robustness of the ServiceTitan platform through regular testing and updates.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on ServiceTitan functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest updates and features of the ServiceTitan platform and evaluate their implications for our business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceTitan developer with a strong understanding of its API and integration capabilities.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other departments.
- Experience in the home services industry is a plus.
