Educational Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field at an accredited university in the United States.
Responsibilities- Build, test, and refine AI models and automation pipelines to improve operational efficiency
- Support deployment, integration planning, and acceptance testing for new solutions and updates
- Use AI-assisted workflows to analyze and accelerate CARE ticket resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance processes
- Document results, monitor solution performance, and recommend continuous improvements
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

- Experience with automation tools and techniques
- Familiarity with networking or lab environments
